What we collect

• Booking data. When you book a room, your name, contact details and payment information go directly to Cloudbeds, our reservations partner. We don’t store your card on this site.
• Form submissions. If you use the contact or event-enquiry forms, we receive your name, email, phone (if you give it), and message. These come to us via Resend and are emailed to bookings@coachmans.ie.
• Usage analytics. If we run Google Analytics, GTM or Meta Pixel, those services may set cookies to measure traffic. We’ll only fire them after consent (where required).

Cookies

We try to keep cookies to a minimum.

• Strictly necessary. The Cloudbeds booking engine sets cookies needed to process a reservation. These can’t be turned off without breaking the booking flow.
• Analytics & marketing. Optional. Set only after consent.
• Maps. If you load the Google Map on the contact page, Google may set cookies — controlled by Google’s own privacy policy.

Third parties we use

• Cloudbeds — bookings, payments, confirmations.
• Resend — sending emails from this website to bookings@coachmans.ie.
• Google Maps — embedded location maps.
• Booking.com / Tripadvisor — only when you click through to those sites.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email bookings@coachmans.ie and we’ll come back to you. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

How long we keep data

Booking and accounting records are kept for the period required by Irish tax law (currently six years). Marketing-related data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

If we update this notice, we’ll change the “last updated” date below.
